So imagine my surprise when I was searching the Google machine and one of the results linked to my page!
Logging in tonight I discovered that ALL of the video links were dead. Only that sweet little dead lifting Grandma remained.
First I was excited, then a little disappointed that the wheels had come off. Then I thought to myself "what the hell" and figured it's just a bump in the road. No different than taking a break from the gym and losing your gains.
Only thing to do is get started again and keep grinding.
